Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations.

  • In the unlikely event you’re not absolutely love with your new crystal, artwork or jewellery we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/ order number, but if you are struggling to find your confirmation email please get in touch via email and we will do our best I help you out.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at Thesacralmoonstore@gmail.com or use the email form on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Please send a photo of the item and state why you would like to return it. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Unless the item is faulty you will be responsible for covering postage and packaging, and Ensuring these reach us in the and condition they left.
  • Please, please make sure everything is very well packaged in bubble wrap, as securely as it reached you, as we are not responsible for the items until they reach us.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly bespoke items. Each bespoke item made for you will be done so in collaboration with you and I will email you pictures before finalising and posting, please ensure you are happy with it before agreeing for me to post. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Healing / Consultation Cancellations

Whilst I completely understand that things crop up sometimes, there are healing sessions which take significant time/ energy preparation. 

I ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment you email me with at least 24 hours notice. When you receive your email of appointment confirmation, I will provide a mobile number that you can contact me on. For any issues that arise within the 24 hour window please send me a message or give me a ring so we can discuss arrangements.
No refunds will given be within  the 24 period.
