Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
I currently only ship to the UK. This is so I can put all my effort into making sure your experience with postage is the best possible, and in order to keep postage affordable for all my customers.
If you are from outside the UK and are interested, please drop me and email on info@thesacralmoon.com and we can discuss options.
What are your delivery options?
Please note the dispatch time below when considering postage.
All orders under £60 will be posted via Royal Mail, tracked 48. This will be charged at a flat rate of £4.00.
Orders over £60 will be posted free via Royal Mail tracked 48.
There is an option to upgrade to tracked 24.
The Royal Mail is usually very reliable but some packages can take up for to 4 days in transit if there are services issues. I will inform you of any known issues, however please don’t hesitate to contact me on info@thesacralmoon.com if you notice any issues with your tracking. If you need something sooner please contact me and we can discuss options.
There is a collection option for those who are local - PLEASE ONLY USE THIS IF YOU HAVE ARRANGED THIS WITH ME PRIOR TO ORDERING.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
Bespoke creations will take longer to dispatch depending on what you have ordered. I will be in touch and be able to give an estimate on a time frame.
Most jewellery and grids are made to order, so this will also impact on the time frame, but it will usually be up to a week at most.
Crystals will be posted within 3- 5 working days. Please note I will endeavour to post on Saturdays but as a rule would not include this in workings days.
What happens if I have issues with delivery?

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt you will be offered a refund or sent an invoice to cover the cost of reposting.
