This healing set is for someone who is perhaps near the beginning of  spiritual journey or is feeling a bit wobbly with their spirituality and is struggling with some anxiety and stressful thoughts. 
Those of us who are naturally intuitive can struggle with this gift, leading us down a path of anxiety and worry. This can be due to picking up energies that are not our own, or to over thinking due to an over active third eye chakra. 
The keystone is a lepidolite palmstone sphere, and is a fair weight and size (which I will add) - it fits in the hand and is so beautifully calming. Lepidolite contains traces of lithium, which helps to bring the purplish pinkish hue. Lithium is something that has been harnessed in the pharmaceutical world in anti anxiety and depression medication, when being around it’s energy without ingesting it (alongside other harmful chemicals) we can still feel it’s relaxing effects and it will vibrate on a high frequency bringing perfect calm and gentle healing to your life.
Smoky Quartz is another stone combatting depression and anxiety.  It is grounding, connecting with the base and earth star chakras and helping to send any negative energy into the earth for transmutation. Personally it is my favourite for helping me to alleviate anxiety. These 3 rough pieces will ground and anchor the grid (as Vera Cruz is very high vibration, without these you may float off!) and were very sure they wanted to be part of this grid and that there needed to be three of them (at first I was using two and the third just kept jumping out!). Amethyst is another stone that is great for anxiety and relaxation. It helps you to gently use your third eye and tune into your intuition. I feel the person who will be called to for this grid is highly intuitive, but may not be quite aware of it, or sure how to deal with this yet. This could have caused you anxiety your whole life, or your newly energised third eye maybe be imbalanced, bringing with it some scary new insights. Spending time with the crystals during a meditation can help you to bring clarity to what exactly is causing you worry. Sitting inside these crystals, with the Lepidolite  in your hands could be a great way to use this grid.

Vera Cruz has an amazing, high vibrational energy. It brings the silvery violet colour of higher frequency healing and can help to bring you lovely sleep and nice dreams if you suffer from nightmares. I am being called to mention something about Vera Cruz and  headaches, I feel in this case if you get any issues around the third eye area (ears or eyes bringing tension headaches or vestibular imbalance) this could be something related to your third eye imbalance and vera Cruz will work really well to soothe this, and to help bring clarity to any thoughts or visions you may have. 
This would be a great grid set to sit with whilst journaling and exploring.
