This bracelet is all about healing the heart! Green and pink are colours of self healing and learning to give and receive love. 
These are a small- medium, they will fit around 6-6.5 inch wrists or just over. 
For me, the pink colour relates more to the Thymus - or higher heart chakra, which is associated with self love, self esteem and unconditional love. Green is more about relationships and how to form boundaries and open up the heat to receiving love. 
The crystals are:

Amazonite - Amazonite balances the masculine and feminine, helping you tap into a balanced energy. It’s great for encouraging open conversation in relationships and linking the throat and heart chakras, helping you to speak from the heart. 

Moss Agate - for strong boundaries in relationships, opening the heart to a balanced flow of giving and receiving love. 

Pink/ yellow lepidolite - Lepidolite is a very calming crystal. It eases us into changes and helps us to love ourselves and be gentle with ourselves and our own feelings and emotions.   

Rose Quartz - helps to heal the heart and higher heart chakras and facilitate unconditional love. Wonderful for powerful self love, self esteem and gently helping you to be receptive to healthy sources of love. Wearing a rose quartz in your aura regularly can help to bring positive, loving energy and ward off negativity. 💕

♾ Whilst this bracelet has been made for duration and at a high quality standard, there are a few things you can do to help preserve your bracelet:
❣️When putting on and removing your bracelet please do not stretch over your hand - simply roll the bracelet which will help to preserve elasticity.
❣️Please try to keep your bracelet from excessive wet and chemicals such as soap and cleaning resources - this can wear the materials over time.
❣️Please take your bracelet off at night and avoid excessive stretching of any kind, this can cause the elastic to stretch and leave gaps between your beautiful beads.

I have a diploma in both crystal healing and aura and chakra healing and all bracelets are made with intention, positivity and love. Each bracelet is handmade, in a relaxing environment and cleansed using sage before posting. I suggest a method of cleansing (such as sound, selenite, moonlight, sage - just not water) when the bracelet reaches you to remove any energies picked up in the post! NB: In order to reduce waste and help the environment I will often use recycled packaging. Will be packed in an organza bag, with the crystals on a card for you to keep.
