Lepidolite is a deeply calming stone that works with your higher heart and third eye chakras. The high mica and lithium content bring a grounding and anti anxiety property. It is great for those whose brain tends to wonder or work at 100 MPH as it allowed us to slow down and silence the noise and commotion - which may sometimes be in our own head!
It allows us to take time and be gentle without ourselves, and when paired with Amethyst and Rose Quartz is great for helping us through grief and big or unexpected changes. 

The little inclusion of blue apatite will bring an ability to express third eye thoughts and the pink tourmaline brings a sense of self love and peace.
