This Crystal grid is for someone who needs a lot protection. You are probably feeling drained. You are an empath and you absorb the energy around you. 
You might be someone who struggles with mood swings or emotions that you can’t quite pinpoint where they come from. I feel like you have some unresolved issues that you may have touched on but still need a bit of work, the grounding crystals will help you feel stable as you explore this. It is also important to discover which emotions and energies are yours, which you have absorbed and which you have given away.

Red Tourmaline has the protective and grounding energy of black tourmaline, however it is much gentler, and brings love and healing to the heart. Heart healing will help you on your journey and help to heal and release some of the trauma.

Black tourmaline is a very strongly protective Crystal. For some the energy can be a bit much but for others it is the favoured crystal for protection. It shields from any negative energy.
