Lovely rose quartz puff heart - reduced due to its light pink colour and b grade, this piece still carries lovely light, loving energy.

Rose quartz is renowned for its properties relating to love and the heart chakra, however when I work with or suggest rose quartz I often find it resonates with the ‘higher heart’ or thymus chakra which is located just above the heart. This energy centre is more concerned with the love of the self and, in my mind, has a pink vibration and many pink crystals that resonate with it. Working with this chakra can help you to focus on loving yourself first and foremost and learning to put yourself first in all areas of life.

Affirmation: I give myself love unconditionally and release all judgement of myself.

Meditation: pair a rose quartz with carnelian (bringing strength and confidence) - sit with both and rather than trying to clear the mind, allow the feelings to flow. Self love and self care is so important, and rose quartz can really help us get to know ourselves. Work on identifying fears and self doubts and then on accepting all parts of yourself and releasing doubts and worries. Working of self love takes a lot of time and practice - it’s not something we are generally taught and our society does not emphasise us putting ourselves first! So it’s important we take the time to do it ourselves.

Rose quartz is a great crystal to have in the tool kit to bring you gentle loving energy through time of week realisation.
